Our method
How we research

Money advice is only as good as the numbers behind it. This is how we make sure ours hold up.
Where our numbers come from
- Official sources first: the OECD, the European Central Bank, Eurostat, the European Commission, and national tax authorities and regulators.
- Fund and product facts come from the provider's own documents, such as the factsheet and the key information document (KID).
- We name the source in the video description and on the video page.
How a video is made
- We pick a question people in Europe actually ask.
- We collect the rules and numbers from the sources above, and note where they differ per country.
- We write the script and check every number against its source before recording.
- Calculations are shown as examples with their assumptions, never as forecasts.
What we don't do
- We don't give personal advice or tell you which fund or product to buy.
- We don't invent credentials, testimonials or results. Our presenters are illustrated characters, and we say so.
- Partners never see or approve a script. Read how we make money.
